      Monitor the progress of your providers as they onboard with Zivian Health

      Onboarding – Zivian Health Workforce Tool

      In Zivian Health's Workforce Tool, the Onboarding View lets you monitor the progress of your providers as they onboard with Zivian Health.

      Within Onboarding, there are two different views — Agreements Sent and Onboarding Status by Stage.

      Agreements Sent

      The Agreements Sent view displays:

      • All onboarding providers
      • The License State that the agreement is for
      • The signing status of each pending collaboration agreement (Physician, Provider)
      • The dates when agreements were sent for signatures


      Onboarding Status by Stage

      In the Onboarding Status by Stage view, you can review the progress of all providers that are currently onboarding, along with their collaborating physician, state licenses, and activation date.
