Logging into the Workforce Tool

Step-by-step instructions on logging into Zivian Health's Workforce Tool

See below for instructions on setting up your workforce account.

1. Confirm your email address

You will receive an email from PropelAuth (welcome@propelauth.dev) with the subject: Confirm your email address for ZivianHealth.

Select Confirm Email.

2. Set Your Password

After confirming your email, you will be able to create a password for your account. Set your password and click Continue.

3. Forgot Your Password?

If you forget your password, simply access the login screen and select Sign in with Magic Link.

Once you select Sign in with Magic Link, we’ll send you an email with a link to login.
