Zivian Health Workforce Tool – CPA Documents

CPA Documents provides access to all of your roster’s collaboration agreements. Within CPA Documents, you can view and download all active collaboration agreements for your providers in the Document column.

The CPA Documents view also shows the following information for each member of your team:

• Collaborating physician
• The state of the collaboration
• When the agreement was signed
• The collaboration status
