Zivian Workforce - Compliance

In the Zivian platform, the Compliance view is your compliance hub—giving you a workforce-level view of your providers' compliance status. It also provides access to attestation-level detail for all your providers' compliance activity.

Within the Zivian platform, collaborators must complete an attestation to record their compliance activity. Once a provider completes these items, their compliance status will be updated within the Compliance view, confirming completion and ensuring you have a record of the compliance activity captured for that period.

When you access the Compliance view, you'll see:

• A list of all your providers
• The states where they are collaborating
• Each provider's compliance status

Using search filters in the Compliance view

Within Compliance, you can easily search by provider name, state, and compliance status. This helps you quickly identify where attention is needed to ensure all compliance requirements are met.

How to access details about an individual providers' compliance status

To view additional details about a single provider's compliance status, click the view icon (far right column). This allows you to drill down into a provider's collaboration details, including:

• The collaborating physician's name
• The state(s) in which your provider is collaborating
• The date the collaboration agreement(s) became active
• Your provider's compliance status

How to view a provider's compliance history

To drill down further and view a provider's compliance history, click the view icon again (far right column). This lets you see a provider's entire compliance history by month since the beginning of the collaboration.

How to view attestation responses within a provider's compliance history

To view attestation-level details within a provider's compliance history, click on the month you want to review to drill down further. This lets you see the specific questions required for the provider's collaboration during the selected month.

If a provider is collaborating in multiple states, attestations for all states in which they are collaborating will be compiled within each monthly item. For example, if a provider is collaborating in Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas, attestations for all of these states will be compiled in a single dropdown for each month.
