Using Roster Management view in Zivian Workforce
You can use Zivian's Roster Management view for essential workforce compliance tasks:
- Add providers, physicians, and collaborations to your roster
- Request new collaborations with Zivian Health
- Request collaboration terminations with Zivian Health
- View and update your team's licensing and credentialing information
- View the number of active collaborations for your providers
- Monitor your team's recent logins and engagement with the platform
The Roster Management view displays the following information for each member of your team:
- Name
- Provider type
- State of residence
- State licenses
- Credentialing status
- Number of collaborations
- National Provider Identifier (NPI)
Filter data in Roster Management
You can filter data in the Roster Management view by:
- Name
- State license
- State of collaboration
- NPI
View a provider's profile information
To view a provider's information, click on the name of the provider. This allows you to drill down and access the following information:
- Provider type
- Phone number
- NPI
- State license information
- DEA information
