The Regulations View offers streamlined, state-specific regulatory compliance management. The Regulations interface provides an intuitive way to access regulations, compare requirements across states, and ensure continuous compliance.

How to Access the Regulations View
- Login to Zivian Health
- Click on the Regulations tab in the left navigation
The Quickview Dashboard
Upon entering the Regulations View, you'll land on the Quickview dashboard. Here, you’ll find essential compliance details for Nurse Practitioners (NPs) across all states in which your organization is collaborating.
The Quickview dashboard displays key state regulations across a user-friendly table, organized in these categories:
- When is a collaboration agreement required?
- Difficulty
- Relationship type
- Board submission / state filing requirements
- Can NP practice before board approval?
- Experience requirements for Independent Authority status
- Experience hours requirements
- Detailed requirements for gaining Independence
- Limit / ratio requirement
- Limit / ratio of NPs collaborating with a physician
- Chart review
- Chart review notes
- Meeting requirement
- Meeting frequency notes
- Backup physician rules
- Additional notes and "wild cards"
Click on any entry in the table to access a convenient slide-out panel with more information.
The Deep Dives Dashboard
To access the Deep Dives dashboard, click on the Deep Dives tab. The Deep Dives dashboard provides downloadable .pdf documents of detailed regulatory information for all states in which your organization is collaborating.
To download a document, click the ".pdf" icon next to the state you want to review.
