What Are Attestations?
Every collaboration operates within a set of requirements dictated by state-specific regulations. Completion of these requirements ensures that your collaboration remains compliant. The Zivian platform makes compliance easy by translating these nuanced requirements into simple Attestations that must be completed each month.
With the Attestations feature, collaborators "attest" to their compliance activity, which is then automatically tracked and recorded by the Zivian platform.
Attestation Requirements
The new attestations experience requires the completion of only one attestation per collaborator each month. This single attestation will cover every state where you have an active collaboration with a physician.
For example: If you are collaborating with Dr. Jane Smith in California and Texas, you will only be required to complete one attestation per month for your collaborations with Dr. Jane Smith. This attestation will cover both California and Texas compliance.
Using Attestations
Follow the steps below to complete your monthly attestation(s).
Log into the Zivian platform and click the Collaborations tab to view the compliance status of your collaborations. If an attestation is incomplete, the Monthly Status column will be marked as "Action Required."
Click on the name of a physician to access the monthly attestation for this collaboration.
Once you've drilled down into a collaboration, a list of your required attestations will be shown by Month and Year. Attestations that need to be completed are marked as "Action Required."
Click on the attestation(s) marked "Action Required" to access and complete your attestation(s).
