An overview of the Profile view in the Zivian platform
The Profile view stores your personal and clinical information within the Zivian platform. Your Profile helps you and your organization maintain accurate and up-to-date provider credentials all in one secure place. You can also reset your password within your Profile.
What You’ll Find in the Profile View
Basic Information
Easily view and edit your identifying details, including:

Full name

Preferred email and phone number

Practice address
-
National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Licenses
To update this information, click the Edit button within the Provider Info module.
Licenses and DEA
The Profile view also allows you to track your active state licenses and DEA registrations. Here, you can:

View license numbers, expiration dates, and states

Monitor expiration dates for renewal readiness
This helps reduce the risk of practicing with an expired license.
If you hold a DEA license, the Profile view lets you:

View DEA registration numbers and expirations

Verify authorized prescribing authority across practice states
Having your DEA details at your fingertips supports prescribing compliance and ensures smooth onboarding with new collaborators.
Reset Your Password
You can reset your password within your Zivian Profile. Simply click the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of your Profile.
