The Collaborations view within the Zivian platform is your central hub for managing and maintaining compliance with state-specific collaboration requirements. This dashboard is designed to keep your practice compliant, organized, and audit-ready.
Use the Collaborations dashboard for the following:
- Find contact information for your collaborating physician
- View state-specific collaboration regulations
- Access important documents
- Access, review, and complete monthly compliance attestations

Collaborating Physician Contact Info
Need to ask a question or schedule a check-in? The Collaborations view lets you quickly access key contact details for your collaborating physician.
Click on Collaborations in the main navigation, select your physician from the Collaborations list, and then find their information on the left-hand side of the screen.

Access Collaboration Regulations
Access an overview of your state’s regulatory requirements—everything from required physician oversight, chart reviews, and in-person meeting frequencies to filing timelines and prescriptive authority guidelines.
Within the Collaborations view, select your collaborating physician from the list, and then select State Regulations on the right-hand side of the menu. Then, select the state you want to access.
Documents
Securely view and download your signed collaboration agreements and protocol documents in this section. You can also upload additional supporting documents directly into the platform by clicking My Documents in the main navigation.
Attestations
Compliance includes documenting ongoing collaboration activities. Zivian lets you quickly complete monthly attestations verifying meetings, chart reviews, or clinical QA activities required in your state.
These attestations are logged, time-stamped, and easily exportable to ensure you're always audit-ready.
To access Attestations, select your collaborating physician from the Collaborations list and then click Attestations to review your monthly compliance attestations. Click on any month to drill down and review attestation responses for that month.

Collaboration Status and Notifications
Within the Attestations section of the Collaborations view, each monthly attestation will display its status. Any month marked "Action Required" must be completed for your compliance activity to be recorded.
