How To Accept Your Match

If you are a Zivian physician who has been matched with a potential collaborating practitioner, Zivian will alert you via email. Your match notice will contain the following information:

• Potential monthly earnings
• Practitioner name
• Practitioner profession (NP, PA, etc.)
• Requested services
• State of collaboration
• Practitioner's summary of their experience

To accept / decline your match, reply to the email with confirmation of your acceptance, or click the "Accept or Decline Your Match" button located in the message, depicted below.

After You Accept Your Match

Once you accept your match, Zivian will facilitate introductions to your collaborator.

When you and collaborator have confirmed that you've met, Zivian will create and issue your collaboration agreement for signature.

Once the agreement is issued, we kindly request that all parties sign it within 3 days to avoid any delays. 

If a match is declined, we will actively work to get a rematch processed for you.
