How to use Zivian's new payment system

Zivian is launching a new payments experience within the platform on June 18th, 2024. This page provides details on:

What Will Change?

On June 18th, 2024, Zivian will begin using a new invoicing and payment system with updated terms by which your monthly billing will be facilitated. Here's an overview of how this will affect you:

  • Zivian's new payment terms will be NET 10 – this means that payment is expected within 10 days of invoice issuance.
  • If you have previously paid an invoice via Stripe and we have a payment method on record, your invoice will be automatically paid via the payment method on file per our payment terms.

What Does This Mean For Your Experience?

Zivian's new payment experience will offer a new, in-platform payment system that allows you to:

  • Set up automatic payments – spend less time managing your Zivian invoices
  • Seamlessly store and update payment methods
  • Review invoices and line items
  • View invoice history
  • Expanded payment terms for flexibility with payment timing

Your Monthly Invoice

You will receive a monthly email with your invoice from Zivian Health / billing@zivianhealth.com. Your downloadable invoice will be attached within this email message. See below for an example.

Viewing/Downloading Your Invoice in the Platform

In addition, you may access your billing history and view/download your invoice in Payments.

How to View/Download Your Invoice

1. Log into the Zivian platform. In the left navigation, select Payments.

2. To view your billing history and download invoices, select Billing History.

3. To view/download your invoice, click Download.

Navigating Payments in the Zivian Platform

1. First, log into the Zivian platform. In the left navigation, select Payments.

2. In the payments window, you will have access to:

  • Your current monthly fees
  • Account Information
  • Payment Methods
  • Billing History

3. To view/edit your account details, select Account Information

4. To add a payment method or set up ACH, select Payment Methods
