    • Only if in a collaborating agreement or has over 2,000 hours of practice experience in that field

    • The collaborating physician must develop and carry out a quality of care program that involves (i) an assessment of medical competency, (ii) the review and initialing of select charts, (iii) an assessment of a representative sample of the referrals or consultations made by the APRN, (iv) the direct observation of the APRNs ability to take a medical history and (v) maintain accurate records and documentation of the program.  The collaborating physician shall be available at all times that the APRN is providing medical services to consult with the APRN. This is all covered by your Zivian collaboration agreement.
